Early in the third, Notre Dame would show some push back as Paul Abrametz got things knotted up at 2-2. Kael Scott would put OHA Edmonton back in front but a quick response from Matthew Boekelder to force OT. Overtime wouldn’t solve anything, but a lone goal from Brayden Tucker put this game to bed for OHA Edmonton. Gavin Steeves (30/33) would stop all three Notre Dame shooters to clinch the victory.

Early in the third, Wyatt Brooks added another layer to CDA’s lead, scoring just 1:40 into play. However, shortly after Brooks’ goal, Jacob Napoleon (2G) would get BWC Academy back on track, cutting their deficit to three. Little known at the time, but Napoleon had sparked a four goal chain for BWC Academy, eventually forcing the tying goal late as Leonardo Lee (2G, 1A) scored on the powerplay, forcing overtime. In the extra frame, CDA would get their bearings straight and capitalise. Owen Bambrick (2G, 1A) would go on to net the OT winner, saving CDA their victory.

Bowtell would pick up his second to establish RHA Kelowna their first three goal lead. However, Wenatchee would catch heat after Collin Ubrig (2G) scored on the powerplay. Ubrig would go on to cut the deficit once more later in the frame before Jackson McCutcheon tied things up just under a minute later.
